Brazilian software engineering company, since 2015. We build and support systems for companies in healthcare, transport, industry and services, and we created integras.digital.
The team
Who we are
We are software engineers with long academic training and years of practice with systems in production. We discuss architecture before writing code and review each other's decisions until they hold up.
Our training covers software engineering, data science, cloud and project management. So we do not sell the same recipe for every problem: sometimes a specialized tool is worth it, sometimes the simplest solution is.
In practice, that means architecture defined before code, decisions with a technical rationale, and a team that stays with the system after delivery.
Training and practice
Each area combines production projects with formal training.
Data and applied AI
Pipelines, dimensional modeling, LLM integration, and AI workflows. Grounded in a Data Science and Big Data graduate degree and Deep Learning extension training.
Cloud and infrastructure
AWS, Terraform, Docker, Linux. Running production environments with monitoring, and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Process and delivery
Scrum, project management, code review and quality. Graduate degree in Project Management, applied on long-running projects.
