Managed data server for AI integras.digital connects Claude to your company's databases and systems. Each person works with their own permissions, and every query is logged.
Each company gets its own instance, hosted by us on AWS, which reads the company's databases without copying them elsewhere. It also works with ChatGPT. Each connection offers a set of ready-made queries with defined names and parameters. A person asks Claude, Claude picks the query, and the answer comes from the real data.
The knowledge base holds the institution's documents: contracts, policies, manuals, procedures. Each document is split into passages. When someone asks a question, Claude searches the relevant passages and answers citing the source document. That is what RAG means. The embeddings, the computation that makes this search possible, run inside the customer's instance, without sending the text to an outside service.
In practice
Sign-in with OAuth 2.1
The assistant connects with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE through integras' own authorization server. Corporate sign-in (SSO) is on the roadmap.
Every query logged
The log keeps who asked, which query, with which parameters, how long it took and how much it returned.
Personal data masked
Columns marked as personal data, such as CPF, CNS, address and diagnosis, are masked in answers and in exported files.
Knowledge base
Accepts PDF, Word, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, RTF, HTML and plain text. Each person also has their own memory for notes and decisions.
Connectors
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB and Firebird, plus connectors for specific systems such as SuiteCRM.
